How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom items, vintage finds, and final sale products are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our items, including our signature textiles and glassware, are handcrafted by artisans. Because of this, slight variations in color and pattern may occur, making each piece unique.
How do I care for my Furbish Studio textiles?
We recommend professional dry cleaning or delicate hand washing for our embroidered pillows and linens to preserve the vibrant colors and intricate needlework.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed.
